01 — Why we started

An infrastructure gap, not an app idea

Livestock is one of the world's most important productive assets, yet the individual animal is often poorly represented in the digital systems surrounding agriculture.

Health observations, identity, movement, location, treatment history, ownership and commercial information can exist across notebooks, spreadsheets, messaging apps, devices and disconnected systems. The result is fragmented information and reactive decision-making.

HerdSense AI was conceived around a simple question: what if every animal could have a living digital identity?

Instead of treating a farm as a collection of averages, HerdSense AI treats the individual animal as the primary intelligence object. Its signals can be captured. Its condition can be understood. Risks can trigger action. Important events can become verifiable records. And, over time, that identity can connect the animal to broader financial and supply-chain infrastructure.

That is the foundation of HerdSense AI. The immediate product is software. The long-term opportunity is infrastructure.

02 — The founders

Two disciplines, one infrastructure problem

Co-Founder — Product, Technology & Operations

Building the intelligence layer between physical livestock and digital infrastructure.

Serrano is a product-focused technology builder with a background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He leads HerdSense AI's product architecture, software development, technology strategy, and operational execution.

His work spans full-stack application development, backend systems, real-time telemetry architecture, digital animal identity, and the integration of emerging technologies into practical products.

He leads the technical direction of HerdSense AI, turning the company's vision into working software, data systems, telemetry infrastructure, and eventually connected animal technology.

Adeleke Ayomide

Co-Founder — Media, Marketing & Brand Strategy

Building the story, community, and market around a new livestock infrastructure layer.

Adeleke is a Nigerian filmmaker and Web3 builder with more than six years of experience across media, digital communities, and emerging technology.

He leads HerdSense AI's brand development, communications, media strategy, and market-facing storytelling — helping translate a technically ambitious infrastructure company into a clear narrative for users, partners, and the wider technology ecosystem.

He leads brand, communications, media, and ecosystem positioning, connecting HerdSense AI's technical ambition with the people and markets it is designed to serve.
